• Company Cancellation: We may cancel due to unforeseen events (e.g., weather, operational issues). We’ll offer alternatives or a full refund. We aren’t liable for your incidental costs.

4. Customer Responsibilities

You are responsible for punctuality, declaring relevant health conditions, behaving respectfully, and complying with local laws. Ensure participants meet any age/height/weight restrictions for activities.

5. Liability & Insurance

3 Brothers Tourism LLC acts as an intermediary or direct provider. We are not liable for losses, injuries, or damages caused by third parties, events beyond our control, or your own negligence. Our liability is limited to the Service cost. We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance.
